Returns and Refund Policy
At Regent Tracking, we are committed to providing high quality GPS tracking devices, dash cameras, and related vehicle security products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our returns and refund policy below.
Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused and in its original condition.
- The product is returned in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and included components.
- Proof of purchase, such as your receipt or order confirmation, is provided.
Products that have been installed, modified, damaged through misuse, or returned without their original packaging may not qualify for a return.
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality assurance reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are found to be defective:
- GPS trackers that have already been installed or activated.
- Dash cameras that have been installed or used.
- Products damaged due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs.
- Clearance, discounted, or special order items, unless otherwise stated.
Defective or Faulty Products
If you receive a product that is defective or develops a manufacturing fault under normal use, please contact us as soon as possible.
Our technical team will inspect the product to determine whether the issue is covered under the manufacturer’s warranty. Where a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair, replace, or exchange the product in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refunds may be issued where:
- The returned product meets the return conditions outlined above.
- The product is unavailable after your order has been confirmed and paid for.
- A refund is approved following inspection of a returned item.
Shipping, delivery, installation, and other service charges are generally non-refundable once the service has been provided.
Refunds are typically processed within 7 to 14 business days after the returned product has been received and inspected.
Exchanges
Where eligible, products may be exchanged for the same item or another product of equal value, subject to stock availability. Any price difference will be communicated before the exchange is completed.
Installation Services
Professional installation services are considered complete once the installation has been successfully carried out. Installation charges, where applicable, are not refundable after the service has been provided.
If you experience any issues after installation, our support team will be happy to inspect the installation and assist in resolving the problem.
Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective product supplied by Regent Tracking, customers are responsible for the cost of returning items.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning products, as Regent Tracking cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged during transit.
